The inspection work that must be carried out when using gas generator sets
1. Check the gas source of the gas generator set
① Check if the air source is reliably connected to the intake system of the gas generator set, then open the gas valve and connect the air source. At this time, as the gas solenoid valve has not yet been opened, the gas has not yet been introduced into the gas generator unit. Check whether the entire pipeline is leaking, and promptly eliminate any leaks found.
② Check the gas source pressure gauge to see if the reading of the gas source pressure meets the requirements for the use of the gas generator set.

2. Check the engine oil of the unit
You can pull out the dipstick and check if the oil quality and level meet the requirements. Otherwise, you will need to change or add engine oil, and be sure to check the user manual we provide when changing.

3. Check the cooling water
Check if the cooling water is clean, add cooling water to the expansion tank (or radiator tank) of the gas generator set to the specified position, and add anti rust emulsion or antifreeze as needed.
Note:
(1) When adding water, the air release bolt on the cooling water pipeline should be unscrewed to remove the air inside the pipeline.
(2) When the ambient temperature is low, the cooling water should be preheated to above 20 ℃.

4. Check the appearance condition of the gas generator set
Check whether all components of the unit are complete and intact, whether the connections of each pipeline are correct and sealed, whether the chassis is fixed and the connections of each component are firm without looseness.
5. Check the start-up system of the gas generator set
Check if all wiring connections are secure, connect the positive pole of the starting power supply to the terminal of the starting relay, and then connect the negative pole to the machine chassis while ensuring that the distance between the positive and negative poles of the battery is greater than 150mm to prevent sparks from colliding.
6. Check phase sequence
When gas generator units are connected to the grid or in parallel operation, a phase sequence check should be conducted before operation to ensure that the phase sequence between units or between units and the grid is the same. (Using a phase sequence table)
7. Check the crankshaft
Manually rotate the crankshaft at least two times without any jamming or other abnormal phenomena. (When turning, the spark plug can be removed to allow the atmosphere inside and outside the cylinder to communicate, reducing turning resistance.)
