What is the fuel consumption of the KMS 1000kW generator?
The approximate fuel consumption at 75% load is 220.0 L/h of diesel. Actual consumption varies depending on actual load and operating conditions. We recommend using high-quality diesel (sulfur content below 50 ppm) for maximum efficiency.
What is the difference between 常用功率 and 备用功率?
Prime Power (1000kW) is the maximum power the generator can provide continuously with variable load. Standby Power (1100kW) is the maximum power for emergency situations only, limited to 200 operating hours per year.
Is the generator suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, the generator comes with an external steel enclosure with anti-corrosion and UV-resistant coating. We recommend installing the generator under a canopy or roof for protection from direct rain while ensuring adequate ventilation for engine cooling.
How often do I need to service the generator?
We recommend routine maintenance every 250 operating hours (engine oil and oil/fuel filter change), and a comprehensive inspection every 500 hours (spark plugs, fuel injectors, belt tension). Major servicing every 2000 operating hours includes cylinder head inspection and fluid replacement.
Can the voltage and frequency be customized for my country?
Yes, the generator is available at 400/230V 50Hz or 480/277V 60Hz as per your requirement. We can also provide versions at 380V, 415V, or 440V. Please inform the sales team of your voltage and frequency requirements when placing your order.
What is the delivery and shipping time?
